  • The delivery usually takes 7-10 working days depending on the location and the delivery rules about the particular state and the pin code serviceability.
  • As variations arise in computers/laptops/phones, the colors of the product you obtain may range marginally from the colors visible.
  • The majority of orders get delivered in 4 to 7 business days. Except for public holidays, Monday through Friday are considered business days. Delivery delays occur sometimes, especially during holidays or due to unforeseen situations. We try our best to ensure that all our clients receive their orders on time. Orders that are already out cannot be canceled.
  • Keep an eye on your package by going to ‘My Orders.’ The tracking number can be found on the website of the shipping company. We’ll send you an email with the specifics immediately after the placement of your order.
  • The Airway Bill Number (AWB no.) and the name of our courier partner are communicated to you through text message/email after your item is dispatched. To track the present position of your package and the projected arrival date, go to the courier partner’s website and enter the AWB number we provided in the application form.   • Our delivery partners will attempt two times before returning to us and canceling your purchase. Please ensure that you offer a complete and correct mailing address, including a zip code and a cellphone number for speedier delivery.
  • We take all major debit and credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa, and American Express) and Net Banking from major banks for delivery to PAN India.
  • COD is not Applicable.

RETURNS AND REPLACEMENT

  • Only if the following requirements meet is your purchase eligible for return or replacement:
  • If you received an erroneous product, that is, if the product does not match the item description on the website or a wrong product was sent to you.
  • If you obtain a product that has genuine quality or manufacturing flaw or damage.
  • All our goods are handcrafted one at a time by skilled artisans, making each one unique. Minimal differences in color tone, shape, or size between products may occur as per result of this procedure; however, this is not considered a fault and will not be eligible for return or replacement.
  • Because of the nature of our products, we reserve the right to give a resolution at our exclusive discretion. Every request for a refund or exchange is considered a unique situation. If we are provided with an invalid or incomplete mailing address, or if the shipping agency has made two unsuccessful delivery attempts, or the receiver declines the package, we won’t be able to issue a refund.
  • If your order fits the aforementioned return conditions, please email us at [email protected] with the following details within 48 hours after delivery:
  1. -Order number
  2. -Delivery address
  3. -Explain why you’re returning the item, and if it’s a damaged or wrong item, email us a photograph of it to [email protected].
  • We regret that any emails or photographs received beyond 48 hours after delivery will not be considered.
  • If the product has a real problem, we will gladly replace it with a replacement, an alternative product of equal value, or through a refund of your purchase money, within 7-10 working days of the product getting picked up from the supplied address.
  • If we are unable to offer you a replacement for your bought goods in specific situations, we will contact you and execute your refund. A credit of the paid amount will appear in the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • If you discover that the shipment has been tampered with, immediately refuse the item and return it to the delivery person before signing the POD (Proof of Delivery).
  • We will arrange for a pick-up from the same place where the package was delivered within 4-5 working days. Please repackage the product in its original packing and securely seal it before sending it. At the time of return, please verify that the goods are unused, undamaged and, that all tags, bar codes, and invoice slips are intact.
  • We will verify the goods after it arrives at our warehouse; once our inspection team determines that the product received is in good condition, as was delivered from our warehouse, we will handle the return request on a case-by-case basis.
  • We’ll arrange for a reverse pickup within 4-5 business days of receiving your request. If you request an exchange, your replacement order will be shipped out within 7-9 business days after we receive your returned item.
  • The refund will be issued in the same manner as the initial payment. We will handle the refund request within 4-5 business days after receiving it.
